Our service portfolio covers consulting, project management, implementation, customizing, development, operations, support and training.
Your tasks
- You develop complex solutions in the PLM environment, working closely with the project team and our customers.
- You create modern API developments for CAD/PLM systems (preferably Dassault Systèmes products).
- You typically work mainly remotely from your home office, together with a team spread across Germany.
- This way of working requires a high degree of responsibility, discipline and time management as well as strong self-motivation.
- You should be able to structure your work independently in coordination with colleagues or customers and complete it in a goal-oriented manner.
Your profile
- A completed degree in computer science or business informatics.
- You build on the knowledge of databases (especially Microsoft SQL Server) and programming languages such as Java / JavaScript / .NET / C# / HTML acquired during your studies and continuously develop it further with us.
- During practical assignments you have already gained experience with IT projects and programming work, ideally in a customer environment.
- In your software development you are open to innovation and dynamism.
- We attach great importance to independent work with corresponding initiative and responsibility.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Permanent residence in Germany.

Your tasks
- You independently and holistically support the PLM systems SmarTeam and/or 3DEXPERIENCE at our customers.
- You ensure the operation of the respective PLM system at our customers.
- You handle 2nd & 3rd level incidents and service requests in the PLM environment.
- You build up comprehensive knowledge of the customers’ specific PLM systems.
- Your area of responsibility also includes supporting the application databases such as Microsoft SQL.
- You analyse the customer’s technical and functional problems and requirements and create specifications and concepts for implementing appropriate solutions.
- When needed, you also contribute to the project work of your team colleagues.
- You typically work mainly remotely from your home office.
Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a completed degree in computer science or business informatics.
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment is an advantage.
- Good general knowledge of client/server architectures, IT infrastructure, application and implementation work in the Windows environment.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and their administration such as Microsoft SQL.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML or VBA).
- Ideally good knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE and/or SmarTeam.
- You maintain an open and communicative manner with customers and colleagues.
- You are able to structure your work independently in coordination with colleagues or customers.
- The ability to think analytically and find goal-oriented solutions.
