For our own software developments we additionally offer DevOps services to optimise collaboration between development and IT. Our helpdesk provides fast, competent support for questions and problems. We process incoming tickets within a service window agreed individually with you. Through a ticket system provided specifically for you, you create requests that are automatically forwarded to our helpdesk team and handled directly by our experts – with no additional administrative effort.
As part of our Application Management Services, we take on all the activities required for smooth operation of your system. Depending on the agreed scope, we offer the following services based on the ITIL V4 service framework:
