3DEXPERIENCE / SmarTeam helpdesk

Our helpdesk provides fast, competent support for questions and problems. We process incoming tickets within a service window agreed individually with you. Through a ticket system provided specifically for you, you create requests that are automatically forwarded to our helpdesk team and handled directly by our experts – with no additional administrative effort.
